Policies at Bali Earth Soul

To all my Domestic and International customers, we do NOT accept any refund or return once the package sent out. We are using a trustworthy and reliable shipping company, so if you have any problem with your shipping please contact us.


We do offer a Life-time Warranty. Our Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, which exclude malfunc-tion or deterioration resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence. Our Warranty covers all of our products, except for those strung on elastic. In addition, this Warranty does not include the discoloration of metals, including the wearing-off of gold plating, as this is commonly caused by a chemical reaction uniquely individual to the wearer.

We also offer a service which is not covered in our Warranty policy. If in case you broke the jewelry and it still possible to fix it, we will be only charging you 50% off of our regular service fee. Customer also will provide the shipping cost if they are outside of Bali, Indonesia.

What You Need to Know

Items will be mailed to you with J&T (Domestic Indonesia) and packages for international will be shipped using DHL partnership company. Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email are correct when you check out.

Standard shipping will be partly tracked and need 10-45 days to arrive. Only premium shipping will have full tracked AWB.

Items will be sent out within 2-5 working days upon payment clearance and it will take another 3-10 working days for delivery within Asia, or 5-15 working days for US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, etc. NOTE: Please expect delay in international deliveries due to the current COVID-19 situation.

 

We will be adding some extra grams (20-50grams) for items for our package supply on our inventory. so, expect to see some small difference on weight when you checked out your order.
